A. Anyone who is approved by AddosserMfB to carry out financial transactions such as withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, data & airtime recharge for customers by using the bank’s POS terminals.

You must meet the following criteria.
  1. Must provide the following documents: Valid means of ID, 1 passport photo, BVN and current utility bill.
  2. Must be an existing business owner with a viable business outlet such as retail store, supermarket, etc.
  3. Business location must be situated in a location with considerable high human traffic.
  4. Must be a person of good repute within your neighborhood.
  5. Your business location must be regularly open for at least 5 times a week.
  6. Must have a mobile phone.
  7. Must make provision for at least 1 chair,1 desk, internet connectivity & a personnel for this purpose.

Withdrawals, transfers, airtime/data recharges and bill payments.

The POS are free. However, there is currently a non-refundable caution fee of N10,000.

N50 on every withdrawal and N25 on transfers

Yes you can acquire as many as you require for various POS outlets.

Yes. If you have 10 POS locations and above, the bank will onboard you as a super-agent (aggregator).

Yes.The following transaction targets must be met by every on-boarded My Dormot Agent.
  • Carry out a minimum of 20 transactions per day on the POS terminal.
  • Carry out a minimum of 500 transactions a month on the POS terminal.
